Business Opportunity Specialist
Madison Wellman is a Business Opportunity Specialist with RCAP Solutions where he helps small businesses navigate their entrepreneurial journey. Prior to joining the RCAP Network, Madison was a local government economic developer in Upstate New York where he managed both business and housing development projects. Later he served as the district staffer for grants, agricultural issues, and small business issues for U.S. House Rep. Antonio Delgado. Madison holds a bachelor’s degree from Canisius College of Buffalo, NY in International Business and Economics.
